Snow DIS Global Database: Adding iTextSharp dll as local recognition
Question
The iTextSharp application is not being recognized in the Snow DIS Global Database. For some organizations this may be a business requirement to show this as a recognized application in the Snow License Manager Web Portal. How can we achieve this?

Answer
1.Take a copy of the file and then make changes below to the Snow Agent configuration file. After making the changes, make sure to restart the Snow Agent service.
NOTE: When adjusting the Snow Agent configuration file to scan directories for dll, this will have impact on the scan completion time and the size of the snowpack. If this consequence or risk is not acceptable do not proceed.
2.Next make the changes to Snow Management and Configuration Center (SMACC). The screenshot below shows where to add / remove the extension file dll:
