UPDATE - Content Change Notification - Technopedia and ARL Eligibility and Coverage Updates

This update has two components: 

1. A draft of the updated Technopedia Software Eligibility knowledge base document. This is intended to update the existing article located here: https://community.flexera.com/t5/Data-Platform-Knowledge-Base/Technopedia-Software-Eligibility/ta-p/548

2. A list of the initial set of ARL applications proposed for cleanup and deletion. Evidence linked to these applications will be marked "Ignored" in the ARL. 

As a reminder, we plan to begin removal of these applications as part of the January 24 ARL release.  We will be publishing additional cleanup lists and schedules as this activity continues. 

Note: the technical correction to the hardware eligibility criteria is being temporarily postponed.
