When starting the Spider Operations Manager Admin Client the following error does appear:
Microsoft JScript runtime error: Automation server can't create object
Cause
This is due to the security settings of the Microsoft Internet Explorer
Resolution
To fix this problem, please follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer on the computer you want to open the OM Admin Client
- Open the Tools Menu > Internet Explorer Settings:
- Select tab Connections, LAN Settings and remove the tick at Automatically detect settings:
