InstallShield 2021 R2 is Now Available

The InstallShield 2021 R2 release is available on the Product and License Center. This release includes the following enhancements:  

Enhanced Support for Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022 

You can now configure install conditions to specifically target Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.  

Full Support for ARM 

You can now install files to native ARM locations on Windows 10 running on ARM machines. For more information about this release and other changes, please see the InstallShield 2021 R2 Release Notes.

And in case you missed it, here is a reminder of the InstallShield 2021 R1 release highlights:

  • Support for cloud builds using Cloud License Server (CLS) 
  • Frameless and minimal installers offer a modern installation experience
