how to sign digitally signed for the uninstall program?

We don't have certificate,. Our customer sign the setup.exe using the sign tool command, then installed setup.exe, after that, I will uninstall it, but the uninstalll program is not sign. how to sign digitally signed for the uninstall program?

We signed some files for InstallShield,  then the Uninstaller & other launchers created by the built InstallShield will be digitally signed.
