checkout licensing installshield failed

Hi,

My installshield VM has changed hypervisor and now i have this message when i launch a build with jenkins.

License server machine is down or not responding. (-96,7:11001 "Comm. error")
ISDEV : fatal error -7159: The product license has expired or has not yet been initialized.

Checkout failed, Error -96 -- File: FLexLicensing\FlexLicenseManager.cpp, Line: 646
CFlexLicenseManager::~CFlexLicenseManager -- File: FLexLicensing\FlexLicenseManager.cpp, Line: 44

Ports 27000 and 51332 are open and we see network traffic.

Another colleague uses this vm without problem but with a build server in the same network than our installshield vm.

PS : With the same build VM, the licence is ok with the tools "InstallShield Spring"

Can you help me because i do not find a help for this error

Problem resolved with a reinstall of runtime
