We tried to install an major upgrade built with InstallShield 2020 of our product and received the following error:
Error 1925. You do not have sufficient privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as an administrator and then retry this installation.
The logon user is a standard user, but the tool which launches the upgrade is under system account. We have used the same tool to apply quick patches under the same account and never had any issues. Do you know why the upgrade install failed with the insufficient privileges error? Is it possible to resolve it under the same circumstance?
