License to release

Hello

 

I need to release a license from a guy who live the company
He has uninstalled isntallshield without release the license before.

How can I process?

Could you please create a support ticket, so that our support team can look into it and release the InstallShield 2020R2 SP1 license from the backend?

Hi Stephane,

Seems like you are having an activation issue with AdminStudio with InstallShield edition 2020R2 SP1.

You can also raise a case by sending an email at support@flexera.com or call AdminStudio support team at +1 877-279-3781.

Hi Slambourdiere,

Could you please confirm which version of InstallShield that was being used and uninstalled now, and also whether the Installshield was a Standalone build or the InstallShield that comes along with AdminStudio which was uninstalled?

It is installshield stand alone . 2020R2SP1

Please follow the below steps to create a new case
1. log in to the Revenera Community:
https://community.flexera.com/t5/Revenera-Community/ct-p/Revenera_Community
2. Click on the Get Support dropdown and select Open New case
3. Enter all the required fields and provide all the information about your issue
4. Click on Save and automatically the case gets created
