Installshield Express 2020 R2 download

On my old PC I had Installshield Express 2020 R2.

I deactivated the license

I installed Installshield Express 2020 R1 on new computer and activated it.

Now I can't open my old projects because I need IExpress 2020 R2. 

I need it tonight!!!! Where can I download it?

We can understand you have installed IS2020 Express R1, but you need to 2020R2 version, You can update it to R2 or latest available version using "Update Product" option available under tools ribbon(Please refer attachment).

Zero answers - "great support".

On a short term I found a solution - on a long term my solution is: Use another installer from a different company.
