Hi, We have 'InstallShield 2019 Professional Perpetual License' for one machine. The problem we are now facing is when I open the InstallShield 2019, it shows below message:
--------------------------- InstallShield --------------------------- The product license has been corrupted. You must repair the license before you can continue. Click yes to repair now. --------------------------- Yes No ---------------------------
First time when I clicked Yes, it asked me to activate the license online. I tried but it didn't activate. Now, when I click yes, nothing happens. I talked with our IT team, and they told me that the Mac ID of the machine on which InstallShield is installed is changed. So, is it the reason for corrupting the InstallShield license? and how can I restore the corrupted license with the new mac ID? Please let me know what what can be done in this case?
You need to generate new license file from product license center with new mac id,
