InstallShield 2012 Spring Professional Edition crashes when clicking on Dialogs in User Interface
We are using InstallShield 2012 Spring Professional Edition. For the last 3 years we didn't met with a requirement for a new custom dialogs in our setup.
Now our customer needs to read the details of Server IP and Port and other information related to server, so that we need to create a new custom installation dialog. For the same, when we click on the Dialogs sections in User Interface section InstallShield crashes with an error dialog.

If you create a new sample project does the problem still happen or does it only happen in one specific project?
If the problem occurs regardless of the project then there may be a corruption in Installshield so a good starting place would be to uninstall and reinstall the software.
Are you using Installshield 2012 on Windows 10? Whilst this shouldn't be an issue, it isn't officially supported on that operating system so there may be issues that we are not aware of.

Yes, we are getting the problem with newly created sample project too. We will try with uninstall and reinstall the software.
We are not using InstallShield 2012 in Windows 10, its a Windows 7 machine. We didn't upgrade our installation build machine to Windows 10.
