(1) Failed to launch installation on Windows Server 2022 using JVM 8u345. (2) Will InstallAnywhere support OpenJDK 17?

(1)  We recently upgraded bundled VM from OpenJDK 8u312 to 8u345 with InstallAnywhere 2020 SP1. When we executed the installer on Windows Server 2022, it failed to launch an installation, and the error was shown as below:

Flexeraaxd$aaa: Windows DLL failed to load

	at Flexeraaxd.aa(Unknown Source)

What can we do to resolve this issue?

(2)  In addition, we also plan to upgrade JVM to OpenJDK 17u in the future.

But InstallAnywhere 2020 SP1(or SP2) currently does not support OpenJDK 17.

Will InstallAnywhere plan to release a new Service Pack(SP3) for 2020 to support OpenJDK17?

Will it also support Windows Server 2022 to fix the first issue as described above?

Suggest upgrading to InstallAnywhere 2022 which has full support for Windows server 2022 and supports Java 17.
