What would cause an N/A timestamp on a licensed device on the Summary of Collection page?
Answer:
This is an indication the device was not attempted for performance collection, or registration of the backing data is failing.
Not attempted means that:
A) the RN150 does not think the device is licensed, or
B) the RN150 no longer has the credential (meaning, it was removed).
