Vm's are not taking license from the pool but agent its well installed

Hi,

We have notices several of our servers don't appear as active servers consuming license from Flexera Cloud portal.

See screenshots of computer with agent properly installed and appearing at the inventory, but we can't locate it when checking the list of active servers with license.

This device looks to be running Windows 10 so it wouldn't be classified as a server. If you instead click the devices link from the IT Assets License page it should be displayed. The Active Servers page only shows devices running a server OS.
