Task Scheduler: the operator or administrator has refused the request (0x800710E0)

Please Suggest a fix to upload 10k inventory files that are stuck

What error are you seeing in the uploader log? Is the scheduled task running as system or an user? If it is running as a user are the credentials still correct.

You can also see this error if the previous instance of the task is still running.

@chirag_sharma2: I would assume that you are encountering this issue on a client/target device.  Is this issue occurring on specific or all clients/target device?

Have you checked this - Uploader log reports a HTTP error 409 on Inventory Beacon - Community (flexera.com)?

The scheduled task error that this thread is about and the HTTP 503 error shown in the upload logs above are coming from two different parts of the system. The root causes of these different errors could be entirely unrelated, or maybe there is a common root cause. For example, if there was a problem with the service account used across scheduled tasks and IIS application pools (such as the account being disabled) then it could cause multiple impacts across the system like this.
