Pulling usage data for all oracle products

Hi there

Im hoping to put together a consolidated report of all of our organisations installed Oracle software - in terms of what it is, where it is, and potentially, who uses it - there doesnt seem to be an easy way to do this - has anyone tried this before and if so would be willing to share tips?

I think that the forum members may need further details on which type of Oracle software you have in focus when asking about " what it is, where it is, and potentially, who uses it". (There's a big difference between Oracle databases and options, Oracle Fusion Middleware products and products deployed on client devices, etc., and your reporting needs may also be different across these Oracle solutions...)

Please elaborate a bit more, maybe by sharing a mockup design of the report(s) you had in mind.
