Not receiving email with password reset link

Hi ,

we are facing an issues and users on FNMS cloud portal are trying to set their password on FlexeraOne using forgot password but they are not receiving emails. Anyone faced similar issues and any resolution for this?

Tried the procedure many times giving a break of 10-20mins and there no Junk/blocked emails.

Is anyone able to login? If so, have that person go to Administration->Users and make sure the people not receiving the emails are associated to the org

Yes , All Other team members are able to Login.

Domain Name :_ Tollgroup.com

Thsi is becoming a frequest issue now. kindly look into this.
