You have 2 options.
First, if you are using IT Asset Management in Flexera One, we recently released the ability to do assignments based on a report. So if you can write a report which filters down to the devices to be added, you can do that via this new feature. You can read more in our documentation here:

Alternatively, this can be accomplished via a Business Adapter if you have a list of the servers available in Excel or CSV or in a Database that can be accessed.
