IT Visibility Dashboards are being enhanced with the addition of new out of the box reports, as well as improvements to existing reports.
These new reports provide insight for customers who are navigating, understanding, and managing risk in an era of increasing complexity. This update is available already in NAM, and will become available in EU on March 20 2024.
New reports include:
- Software Vulnerability Summary
- Sustainability Baseline (Beta)
- Virtual Environments
- Business Services Summary
Customers who were onboarded prior to October 31 2023 who have not requested the IT Visibility Backend Upgrade will see some data missing from the new reports. The backend upgrade can be requested by raising a support ticket.
