This UAT issue does not impact FlexNet Publisher licensing, Electronic Software Delivery (ESD), or Container Delivery functionality.
The issue does impact FlexNet Operations ALM and LLM customers using FlexNet Embedded licensing (including Usage) or ALM customers using Updates & Insights.

Revenera will issue a follow-up incident report that will provide information about the root cause and outline preventative measures.
Additionally, Revenera will enhance their UAT database infrastructure to include a Disaster Recovery failover environment. Revenera is also significantly enhancing database backup processes. The incident report will include additional details on this plan.
