Unable to Save User Accounts

Summary

This KB article addresses the issue where an Administrator is unable to save edits made to other user accounts because a red bar error appears.

Symptoms

When clicking the 'Save' button in the Account window, a red pop-up is displayed with an issue code.

It is not possible to create or delete a user account, or to save information in the FNMS web user interface.

However, if you press disable or enable the change is completed.

Resolution

If you have software, such as Dynatrace installed on your server or network, then this has the capacity to prevent the web UI from functioning correctly.
