What Agent Download Do I Choose for Debian or Ubuntu Linux?

Hi all ...

Which agent download do I choose for Debian or Ubuntu Linux?

For example - The third-party install instructions for Debian/Ubuntu x86_64 refer to a file named managesoft_[version]_amd64.deb but that file is not available in the agent download choices on my FNMS server.

The Debian/Ubuntu agent is not available via the UI. It can only be downloaded from a beacon: %ProgramData%\Flexera Software\Staging\Common\Packages\Flexera\Adoption

I did not know this! Thank you very much for this info.

Mostly out of curiosity, why is the Debian/Ubuntu agent treated this way?

As the Debian agent does not support auto-upgrades it is not listed in the UI. You can vote and subscribe to the following Idea (https://flexerasfdc.ideas.aha.io/ideas/ITAM-I-185) for this functionality.
