Hi Team, can someone please explain what what the user are for with flexera? they aren't linked to an account when this was setup they added all the names from AD including test and other accounts

If you mean the list of users under Enterprise > All Users, this is the list of users as imported from AD. It is NOT the list of users that can use FNMS.
The list of users that can use FNMS are under "Accounts" and they are assigned manually. You create an account from an (AD) User.
