Hi,
Currently Flexera ServiceNow integration export script does not contain "AccessMode" field for applications. This causes applications listed in Flexera device applications with accessmode "Citrix Virtual Desktops" shown as normal local installations in ServiceNow. This causes confusion as devices show much greater amount of applications installed locally than actually are
Two alternative solutions would be to:
1) Modify the "Applications.sql" script that creates ServiceNow_Applications staging table to filter out apps that have access mode other than "Local" before they are exported to ServiceNow
2) Add "Accessmode" field to "Applications.sql" which is then exported to Servicenow and in Servicenow end new field is created where transform maps then populate the "accessmode"
Has anyone else tackled this problem?
