As per information in the System Requirements, the FlexNet inventory agent currently supports SUSE Linux Enterprise Server versions 12 SP3, 12 SP4, 12 SP5, 15, 15 SP1 and 15.2-15.5 (x86 64-bit only).
I'm not sure whether the Micro OS flavor is close enough to the non-Micro OS flavor for the agent to run in that environment, but it is worth giving it a shot to see if you run into any difficulties.
