Run FNMS as a container or as PaaS

Hello, 

a customer asked if it would be possible to run FNMS on prem as a container or as part of a PaaS solution. It is planned to use Azure Cloud.  I didn't find any thing in documentation regarding this topic.

Does anyone have experience with this?

It won't be possible to use in container as some of feature like CLR in DB shall not support.
