We have created custom report and able to easily download the same report in csv format in few seconds but when download it in excel format it takes lot of time and after that file not downloaded.
Total row count in CSV format is 330,930.
Any one else is facing similar kind of issue in FNMS on-prem 2021 R1.
I think that you can expect it to take longer to export in Excel format vs. CSV. It may be easier to convert larger CSV files exported to Excel format after the data has been exported if that would work for your use cases.
If you experience that also smaller Excel files don't get exported then you may want to contact Flexera Support.
