Purchase Order Template - Additional fields

Hi,

Is it possible to include additional fields in the PO Template, specifically Request number and Request date? If it is possible what should the column names be in the template?

@Declan65 - The fields in the Purchase Order Template cannot be modified or increased.  If there are additional fields that you want to import such as the Request Number and Request Date, you would need to create a Business Adapter.  You could update existing purchases by matching on the PO Number and the Line Number.

Hi @Declan65,

Is there a specific reason why you want to import these fields in the PO. Because once the PO is completed, not sure if you will actually need those fields in the Flexera.
