In-Correct Consumed Entitlements

Hi,

we have a license with a shortfall of 5.5k  but when I check the consumption of this license, it doesn't show any records. What can be the issue? Attached screenshot

I did some research based on software license Name in Compliance database and didn't find any installations based on this, So ideally the consumption should be 0, Correct me if I'm wrong

For a Custom Metric license type you (or somebody else) will manually have to adjust the consumption and potentially the entitlement from the Compliance tab and hence there's not going to be any records in its Consumption tab:

You can eventually click on the History tab to check who has manually entered these values.
