FlexNet Manager Suite 2020 R2

When the Beacon task for SCCM and Technopedia run they never go past import into staging. When I go to the staging folder the file is there. 

1st killed any processes running in the processor tasks lists

2nd deleted tasks from database

3rd checked the process task list again and it is empty.

4th restarted the services

5th  scheduled SCCM and Technopedia to run again and it hangs at the same spot.

There are not errors in the log file.

Any suggestions?

Are you suggesting here that files containing inventory data to be uploaded are getting "stuck" on a beacon and not uploading?

The first log file to check to see what is going on with uploads would be C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\ComplianceUpload\upload.log.
