We are using flexnetlsadmin server to manage out alteryx licenses.
We have Alteryx Intelligence Suite and US_SPATIAL licenses. When a user checks out Alteryx Intelligence Suite, the system should automatically check out the US_SPATIAL license and reduce the available count for US_SPATIAL licenses in the inventory. However, the system is currently only reducing the available count for Alteryx Intelligence Suite licenses. Is there a solution to this problem?
I would suggest contacting Alteryx support on this issue. Although Revenera's FlexNet Embedded License Technology is in use it is Alteryx's responsibility for implementing the code to check out the appropriate license features from the license server.
