In the event you need to deactivate a user that is on your organization's account, do the following:
- Identify the users that you need deactivated
- You can get a list of community users at your organization from your Customer Success Manager or Flexera Support.
- Email the Community Team @ community@flexera.com with a list of users that need to be deactivated.
Once your request is received, it will be processed within five (5) business days.
