In the coming weeks, we will be rolling out major changes to the way our Community Rank structure works. Your rank will change as a result of this rollout.
When are you making the change?
The switch is planned to happen overnight on November 30th, 2021 (CST).
Why are you changing it?
We've received feedback from community users that the current rank structure doesn't make sense and isn't intuitive to follow. To reduce the confusion, we're replacing the existing ranks with a simplified structure.
What is the new structure?
We’ll be replacing the less intuitive Pilgrim (lowest) to Legend (highest) rank structure with a simple Level 1 (lowest) to Level 20 (highest) rank structure.
How will this impact my community user?
Upon logging into the community on December 1st, your community user will display the new rank equivalent to your previous rank. There is no other impact to your community user account. Your roles/permissions, badges earned, settings/preferences, etc. will remain as they do today.
