What property do I set to make a package available to ALL users. Currently when I install a package for a given user and then create a new account on that machine and have that user login, the previously installed package is not available. I have to reinstall it. I thought I had it set to "AllUsers" in the package but it doesn't seem to be working. I deliver my apps via ZenWorks.

The property ALLUSERS=2 will make package available to all users if the user is an 'admin'. If you repackaged using AdminStudio 3.5 then it is set to this property value by default. To make it available to all users you should log in as 'Admin' account and install. If you logged in as a 'normal user' account then it is installed only for that user. Look in a MSI help for more explaination
