We need your help to get silent pre and post re-packager command
Request: Repackager Silent Command (Snapshot Capture)

Last year we raised a similar query regarding the silent command-line options for running Repackager in an automated workflow, specifically to execute the pre- and post-repackage snapshot captures.

A case was logged previously under RE: 03450326 (Repackager cmdline).
Could you please share the Repackager silent/CLI command (including any required parameters) to capture an application using the snapshot method, covering both the pre-scan and post-scan steps for automation?

Cannot open support case, cant access community or view anything
Any attempt to open a support case for my flexera login is hit with a " Uh oh! We've hit a snag!" error

Are there other channels, a phone line, a chat I can open?
I have a problem, I need a InstallShield installer, because the Admin studio is not really doing what I need it, and I cant get anywhere, open case, download product other than the admin studio in one of the six sites there are for these products? flexera, revenera, flexera one, support hub, ... ?

Hello.. Looking for some assistance please.
I have a Concurrent licenses for AdminStudio and running Flexnet Publisher for activation. How is it possible to get logs for the number of concurrent activations?
I have information logging enable when threshold is above a certain % but never see anything in the logs. Looking to reduce our license count if we do not need as many.

Standalone repackager failing on Windows 11.
The Standalone Repackager failing on Windows 11. I am using Standalone Repackager 32.0 but errors out on using installation monitoring. System requirement mentions it is Win11 compatible.
Has anyone faced this issue? I have attached the screenshot for reference.

  The workstation is windows 11 Enterprise version 10.0.26200 Build 26200.
  This happens as soon at 'analysing system' before launching setup for recapture.
  
  It pop-ups the attached screenshot which takes to link https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/drivers/a-driver-can-t-load-on-this-device

  You should be able to access your AdminStudio license keys in the Product and License Center. First, you should be a member of the Flexera community to access it.
  Regarding the transfer of a license from one computer to another, we need more information on your query.
  Could you please raise a support ticket so we can discuss this further to address your query?

AdminStudio 2025 R2 installs Installshield 2025, however Visual Studio 2022 doesnt seem to be able to open installer projects due to InstallShield DLL's not being registered. How do I correct this?
If I use Visual Studio 2019, it works just fine. I have tried running as Administrator, uninstall VS, uninstall AdminStudio, re-install Visual Studio 2022, re-install AdminStudio 2025 R2, but continue to get the same error. I have had a security admin turn off Antivirus software to verify that wasnt causing issues too. It seems like InstallShield 2025 does not work with Visual Studio 2022 as defined.

Could you please help us to understand the use of ISWiAutomation30.dll COM object in PowerShell to perform the below operations,
•           OpenProject
•           CreateTransform
•           AddFile
•           SaveTransform
•           CloseProject
DLL location: "C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2024\System\ISWiAutomation30.dll"
If this COM object is not useful kindly suggest us the other PowerShell method to achieve mentioned operations.
