after i encountered an other problem which i finally tracked back to this issue, i found the solution within an other (new) thread:http://community.acresso.com/showthread.php?t=185545since i have wasted a lot of time because of this installshield bug...

this dll fix helps for new installations and new upgrades, but not removes any of the keys left behind by previous installations which have not been built with this new dll...http://community.acresso.com/showthread.php?t=185545
