I have IA 2008 and I installed some updates. How do I check what updates are installed?-Thanks

We have some custom GUI panels and obviously we would like to same font IA use for left hand side navigation/intro panel/message box etc. Does anyone know what font IA use? I don't find any info on that or any place to chance the font. -Thanks
