The most recent JRE available in the VM Packs is 1.6.0_01 (or 1.6.0_00). The latest version is 1.6.0_07 and _02 and _04 have many fixes.Does anyone know when the JRE VM packs will be updated?

You could always use the CustomCodePanel, although you need to write Java code to support the operations. Not a simple solution, but a possible one.

OK, I attempted to use the IA2008 installer on my system again. This time it worked! same installer, same system, same everything?? different network connection (home versus work), that's all! I don't know... Hopefully someone knows what is happenin...
