Hi, Our project already have an installer (for e.g. version - 1.0). I did some some changes in the existing installer, added some new string & added localization for them (updated version 2.0). Earlier with installer 1.0, during installer upgrade on changing the language it is working fine. I'm able to see the changed language. But with my latest installer I'm not able to change language during upgrade. Not sure, if it because of recently added strings, Do I have to upgrade the .mst files as new strings are added. I dont see any error, but logs indicate the following. Modifying TRANSFORMS property. Its current value is 'ProjectNameTransform.mst;1042.MST'. Its new value: '@ProjectNameTransform.mst;1033.MST'. It is resetting the language to English. Please help.

InstallShield 2015 has reached its end-of-life and I'm sorry, there is no support available for this product, except installation and activation of InstallShield.

Server 2016 and latest OS versions are added in latest IS version, you need to upgrade installshield version to get latest options, else you need to write your own customaction to check the OS version and sequence it before installing main application.

The release notes for Installshield 2015 show that the latest Windows Server version it supported was "Windows Server 2012 R2" https://docs.revenera.com/installshield22helplib/ReleaseNotes.htm#sysreq
As it was released before Server 2019 there is no official support.
The failing file is TSConfig.exe which is responsible for the licensing of Installshield so its possible that this is not compatible on this OS.
If you have a maintenance plan then you can use it to upgrade to the latest version of Installshield at no extra cost - this is fully supported on Server 2019 and should solve this issue.
