Hi Allen, Interesting use case, you are spot on NamedUser will be good starting point as license entitlement is locked to a user. Regarding reducing entitlements, There is no automated way to take sub-set of entitlements, how about user set the user status to "On Leave"  for users who left the company and leave them allocated to license and use allocation consume license option. This will give you total entitlement purchased including those are cannot be reused (user left) and consumption will also include all the users (including left). At the end you can use report to exclude consumption with user status "On Leave" and take away that count (User On Leave as user left) from purchased entitlements. Hope this will help. Both publishers applications are heavily deployed in virtualised environments (Solaris zones including zones, KVM, IBM lPar, HPUX nPar etc) and required accurate inventory data to find CPU/Core/Threads resources assigned to at each lever in the hierarchy (host/physical/virtual pools and virtual machines) in addition to finding software evidence as inventory of some applications is challenging. Please do check if ServiceNow inventory agent has rich inventory capability? Will be nice if you can share coverage of ServiceNow inventory collection and any gaps. 2nd important thing is ServiceNow adapter to import RAW inventory data (does not exist) from ServiceNow. Business adapter is good option to import purchase orders and license creation where purchase order data need to be consistently updated automatically. Hi Tallal, Document preview of server.png shows enterprise group data was set by A operator and it was cleared by another operator. FNMS can have only one data processing account that process inventory reconcile and business import data. Can you check what 2nd/3rd operators were doing when set enterprise group values were cleared. Hope this will point to the what has caused this issue. Good to reach out to Flexera support if more help needed. Also noticed in the screen shot inventory device is VM, by default asset creation/sync is turned on for physical hosts not for virtual machines. I would suggest to pull resolved inventory data from inventory database and save it as CVS that will quicker and better option. Other option is to parse ndi XML to csv e.g. in the example below it is snippet of hardware class from ndi XML. you can pull in the following format in the CSV. It mean you need separate different type of evidence within the CSV that is why i am suggesting pulling from the database will be easier option. Oracle Stand-alone Inventory Agent for FlexNet Manager Suite talks about standalone tool that connects remote using oracle user credentials to collect oracle database inventory data only. Windows does not allow local OS authentication, and I came across the connection string to the Oracle DB in a trace and saw that it attempts to connect as sysdba, which is another no-go.  Keeping the above constraints you mentioned above in mind, next option I can only suggest combination of remote oracle inventory (using beacon or ortrack) and general inventory using installed agent that will give you hardware and oracle database inventory but hardware LMS data will be missing. Hi Chenderson Current inventory agent for windows platform does not support specifying oracle user to collect Oracle inventory data from Oracle database running on Windows OS.  Other option is to use inventory beacon to connect directly to database through listener but I would not recommend that as it would not collect hardware LMS resources data required for LMS. Thanks for clarifying, current FNMS product only supports inventory from one App-V Management server as you already pointed, documentation state that limitation. Please do reach out to Flexera support to record business use case that will help to improve and prioritise support for multiple App-V Management  server. App-V Reporting database is used to import App-V published application usage data (application used by users), if usage data is not present, FNMS will use access data (collected from App-V Management server) to calculate the license position. If I understand correctly App-V applications are delivered through XenApp/Xendesktop. If users have granted access to App-V applications delivered through Application delivery group within XenApp/XenDesktop. In that case Flexera XenApp and Desktop inventory solution will be required to pull inventory data. If App-V application are delivered through App-V Server using App-V client then AppVMgmtSvr.ps1 power shell will help to collect App-V published and user access data from App-V management server. Hi There, Current configured adapters may&nbsp; multiple dependencies&nbsp; Business adapter usually has connection string to read business data from the source, connection string is encrypted using hardware properties of the beacon server. Moving those adapter will fail to import and even load. You can final all the adatpers under&nbsp;C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Beacon\BusinessAdapter&nbsp; (default location in the beacon) Possible Solution: You can copy to new beacon and edit the connection string/credentials if any manually and recreate them by editing in the business adapter studio. Adapter connections details (inventory and business) are save in config.xml located under&nbsp;C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Beacon again in encrypted. You can copy this XML to new beacon and edit the credentials to re-encrypt them. This will give you all the existing connection and keep your business adapters working on the new beacon.
