How to calculate IBM Spectrum Scale by Socket License consumption

We have an IBM product, Spectrum Scale Standard Edition server license by per socket. Is Flexera able to calculate this type of license for consumption by socket? If so how do we go about setting it up correctly?I was not able to find anything listed...

Maximo Application Suite per APPPoint Subscription
