The SQL query should select data from various tables and then insert data to staging table where the Business unit = 'ABC'. So it's doesn't insert data to staging table when it's scheduled but when i run it manually it works fine.

Hi, we've a business adapter running with 10 SQL rules to process and insert data to a staging tables. From past few days few rules are not working as they are expected to work but when i run the same query from Sql Studio, it's working fine and even when i select the import option from business adapter, it's working fine. what could be the issue?

Hi, we have an interface to consume the data from ILMT, so basically we're storing the data in staging and then it get updates in the presentation tables like Software License during the reconciliation (please correct me If I'm wrong) Now, we have a few licenses that are not in ILMT anymore and the FNMS staging table but are still present in presentation tables and able to view them in All Licenses View in web UI. so how do we deal with such licenses?

Hi, we have a custom adapter built using a power shell script for Oracle LMS. So when we place files related to the adapter C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\ImportProcedures\Inventory\Reader, after 5 minutes the custom adapter folder is deleted automatically, not sure why. Do we need to make any configuration so that it won't be deleted?

Hi, we have a license with a shortfall of 5.5k but when I check the consumption of this license, it doesn't show any records. What can be the issue? Attached screenshot I did some research based on software license Name in Compliance database and didn't find any installations based on this, So ideally the consumption should be 0, Correct me if I'm wrong

Hi, We can see a difference in Shortfall/Availability between the All License view which I assume is an OOB report and the Custom report we build. Example: In OOB report the Shortfall/Availability shows -5000 and In Custom Report, I can see it as 0. I know there can be SQL query logic issues in the Custom report but is there any way to look at the Logic behind the All License report from the SQL developer?

Hi, Is there any document or way to understand which fields are mapped to presentation tables? For example, the Imported computer table is a staging table and the ComplianceComputer table is a presentation table. So how can we know which fields are mapped from the imported computer table in the presentation table?

Thanks for the reply The reason I'm looking for this option is, we're allowed to take data from uCMDB only once or twice a day. So if we have got the option to upload XMLs to staging, it will help us to some extent for testing and reduce the load on uCMDB.

Hi, we've generated XML files using HPuCMDstage.exe file, So how can we upload them to a staging database? I know that we can directly upload to the staging database by changing the method to stream want to understand if there is any way to upload XML's
