This is a Policy log, for the beacon agent if you need this agent to report on your front end then yes this is an issue, the agent cannot directly talk to the core system you need to redirect the agent to a beacon to get policy

hi, here is what I use for removing any Windows installation from a batch file.
rem #remove old agent
Wmic Product Where Name="FlexNet Inventory Agent" call uninstall
ping localhost -n 5
rem #remove old files and registry
rmdir /Q /S "C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageSoft"
rmdir /Q /S "C:\Windows\Temp\ManageSoft"
reg delete "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ManageSoft Corp" /f

I don't think that they are stuck, this looks like ASP.NET issue, maybe try to repair dot.net, make sure that you are running dot.net 4.7.2

Hi, you need to look at the log files of the beacon, C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging and under C:\Windows\Temp\ManageSoft the Uploader.log

as JanPie highlighted, For our clients, we do this as an onboarding process to identify folder on both wintel and non-wintel systems which will have 'junk'. we identify directories, Backup folders, install folder (manual install and or for tools like SCCM) hope this helps

Hi sushant_narula, Just my two cents, #1. Verify IIS on the Core server/Primary beacon that authentication is correctly set to anonymous for all three below. #2. on your Beacon UI go to 'Configure Connection Manually' and go and type the new password. #3. Save and test again

Hi, You need to verify all the comps.xml that was scanned by the tracker in the tracker.log There might be some old backup directories, comps.xml contains all the installer evidence.

Hi Is this Flexnet data or other data(SCCM/ADDM....) ? You can check to see if the last used date period and minimum usage instance requirements have been configured correctly for your application. These settings can be found in the usage tab of the software application.
