Hi, I'm using "COM Extract at Build" setting for registering .dll files. After installation, I found that the values of paths in the registry have the short path form (C:\PROGRA~2\...). Unfortunately, my program requires the long path form. Studying the .msi file in Orca, I discovered that the Registry table contains the path values of the form [!filekey] instead of the form [#filekey] for the long path form. Hi. I'm testing the trial version of the InstallShield 2011 Professional (Basic MSI project, x64 processor). I have a problem when my custom action (immediate) calls the function in standard .dll file. When the code for my custom action located in the file system ("Destination machine search path" location selected), my test installation program is working properly. When the code stored in the binary table of the .msi ("Stored in the Binary Table" location selected), I'm getting message box with caption "InstallShield DLL Custom Action" and text "File 'C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\_is10D.tmp' can not be found.
