I can't upgarde IA2021 to IA2021SP2 (Build 6526 to 6581 )because the installer returns a bad status for the existing IA2021 already installed version. How can I fix ? I've tested to delete the .Installanywhere folder in my home directory, without success. I'm on a MacOS Monterrey M1 .

Hi , I need to generate a license using the Web UI : https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/control/inst/generatelicenses But when I launch the generation, it fails : <<< The call to lmcrypt failed. java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException >>> -> License Type: InstallAnywhere Perpetual License InstallAnywhere 2020 Perpetual License Same issue using Chrome or Firefox. Any hint ? Thanks

Hello Seems the VM wizard tool doesn't work for this java distrib,("please select a valid path for jre..") Is it possible to share directly the VM file please ? Is it planned to update the list https://www.revenera.com/install/products/installanywhere/installanywhere-files-utilities/jre-vm-packs.html also ? Thanks -- Christophe
