This is true that the download and the estimation does not show the actual process which is undergoing. This makes a lot of difference as this is what makes the first impression to any user. Many of our customers thinking it as a hang, cancelled the actual installation of application. Can we have this fixed and released as patch. Regards Arif

Worse, the estimated time left is completly wrong. As i was looking at someone installing, and he had "1 sec left" for over half a minute - he was sure that something went wrong or got stuck and wanted to reset his PC. Can we do something to make this more accurate?

Hi, Am using Limited version of InstallShield in VS2010. Is there a way to change the icon of the Created Setup.Exe(SingleImage). By default it gives the icon of installshield. In "Prepare for Release->Releases->Express" I can change the Setup File Name but there isnt any place to change its icon. Something like picasa setup has its own icon on its setup.exe file. Also is there any way to have our own icon in all the InstallShield dialogs? Attached file shows the default icon of installshield.
