Go to services.msc on the Beacon Server and you can restart the Flexnet Beacon engine services.

Hi @KPBussey , Yes, if i try to set the above option it will only lists tickets logged from 'Etos Service' Account. I would like to request access for all the tickets logged irrespective of the account.
