Oh, and you also need to check "Console" under 'Allowable UI Modes' under "Installer UI" -> "Look & Feel". But looks like you might have already figured that out.

You can set filters and rules to control what actions are performed. You can also setup multiple Install Sets, Features, and Components under "Organization" which can also have Rules applied to them.

What do you mean by automate your gui install. Do you mean you would like to run a silent install with an answer file? Or what exactly do you mean by "automate"?
