I am trying to install Installshield 2019R2 as an upgrade from Installshield 2019. If fails with the message The server response could not be verified because it was not digitally signed. Error 13030: Result Unsigned I tried the solution of removing the .cer file but that did not help. I also did a repair of Installshield, this also did not work. What can I do?
