My apologies, just checked the wrong sap reader logs. I found the error message saying : Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'MeasurementDate', table 'FNMSCompliance.dbo.SAPActivityCheckWorkTime_MT'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. Regards, Yasmina

Hello Jack, Thanks for your return ! Just found in ProgramData\Flexera Software\Beacon\IntermediateData\ folder the xml file related to the missing system ID. It's the biggest file (186 MB), do you think this can cause a problem ? I checked the SAP Reader log file and didn't find any mention of system not uploading Regards, Yasmina

Hello, We are using FNMS with SAP module. We have one SAP Admin module with multiple Dependent SAP System. All dependant systems are updated except one. Have you ever had a similar case? And how to solve this problem please ? We have looked in the Admin module in SAP directly for this system, everything works fine, nothing has been changed. The connection is working fine. Thank you for your help.

Hi, Thanks for your answer. I am using FNMS 2021 R1. The server became an appliance vcenter server. Where we cannot install agent anymore. But an old agent was installed before (agent version 14). I will try to delete this device and hope that it will come back (we added this device in vcenter rules) Regards, Yasmina

Hello, I have in my All inventory view a device were we had an agent installed few month ago. Today the OS has changed, but it still comes up as Windows instead of Linux. There was a migration to a Vmware server appliance. What is the good practice in order to avoid to lose this device. Should we delete this device and will it coming up by himself in All inventory view ? (we added this vcenter in rules) Thanks for your help. Regards, Yasmina

Yes it was easy. If you can find a common key between all your sources, Power Bi can do the job. (example of key : juste the name or combination of name and serial number, it depends of your data)

If you use All asset view, you can compare All inventory with All asset to check the rate coverage of agent in your scope. In our case, we don't have data in All Asset view, so we make an extract of cmdb (list of servers) to compare with server with agent in order to have coverage rate. And the list of server where we don't have agents. Regards,

Hi, We are using PowerBI to share with thirdparties KPI about agent, Coverage rate of agent installed (cmdb vs servers with agent). We connect directly to the FNMS database, using views and service account dedicated. It's easy with Power BI to refresh data when you want after. And you can customize which informations you want to share. Regards,
